Nicotinamide is generally well tolerated; however, very rare cases of liver injury have been reported at high doses. If you have liver disease or are taking other medications that affect the liver, consult your healthcare provider before use. Discontinue use and seek medical attention if you experience symptoms of liver dysfunction, such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, unexplained fatigue, dark urine, or yellow skin discoloration.
