Glaucovite Return & Refund Policy
At Glaucovite, your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. While we stand behind the quality of our products, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out.
7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
How to Start a Return
Email us at info@glaucovite.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we’ll provide:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how to send your item back
Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Perishable or personal care items (including supplements)
- Gift cards or sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@glaucovite.com with photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@glaucovite.com.
